The GLCs are powered by a 4.0 litre biturbo V8 engine producing 510hp with a peak torque of 700Nm.
Mark Raine, Vice President for Sales and Marketing,
Mercedes-Benz Malaysia said the GLC 63 and GLC 63S were the first cars in the segment to be powered by eight cylinder biturbo engines.
The cars can reach 100kph from a standstill in 3.8 seconds and have a maximum speed of 270kph.
The GLC 63 & GLC 63 Coupe feature high performance AMG Sports suspension with adaptive adjustable damping, AMG Performance 4MATIC+ all wheel drive with fully variable torque distribution, a rear-axle limited slip differential and a
high performance braking system.
Meanwhile, the new G63 reinvents the icon, nearly 40 years after it was first introduced.
In the G63 configuration, the AMG 4.0-litre V8 biturbo generates 585 hp with maximum torque of 850 Nm, and is mated to an AMG SPEEDSHIFT TCT 9G transmission.
Mercedes says power is available across a wide rev range between 2.500 and 3.500 rpm.
This gives the G63 a sprint from zero to 100 km/h of 4.5 seconds, with and electronically limited
maximum speed of 220 km/h, or 240 km/h with the AMG Driver‘s package.
The G63 was designed with a focus on both high performance off-roading as well as on-road performance.
