Mah Sing Group’s incentive programme to ease future homeowners’ burden

MALAYSIA’S capital Kuala Lumpur is no doubt where all the excitement and opportunities are. But one should always have a tranquil home to return to each day to refresh and recharge, yet at the same time, have everything close at hand.

On that note, there is good news for future homeowners, as Mah Sing Group has crafted out an incentive programme called RM500,000 In Your Bank, in support of the National Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) and to celebrate the developer’s 2019 Silver Jubilee.

Designed to offer benefits to every type of buyer, the campaign encompasses various incentives such as Refer n Reward+, Spin & Win, lucky draw and free legal fees to name a few, based on the participating projects.

The RnR+ incentives rewards registered introducers up to RM60,000 upon conversion of the sale, when they refer a friend to purchase Mah Sing Group’s participating projects.

M Vertica

A landmark development designed for the lifestyle aspirations of sophisticated urbanites, M Vertica is poised to be one of Cheras’ most sought-after addresses.

True to its name, M Vertica will have five high-rise residential towers that are among the tallest in the area and the 4.55ha project also features retail shops.

Residential units come with built-ups of 850sq ft for the three-bedroom typical intermediate unit and 1,000sq ft for a four-bedroom corner unit. Both types afford breathtaking views of the KL skyline, with prices starting from RM480,000.

Future inhabitants will be pampered with over 40 facilities spread across a 1.84ha landscape and facilities deck, touted as the largest for a high-rise in the city.

Thoughtfully curated, it provides endless opportunities for one to embrace an active life with two swimming pools, a clubhouse with a home theatre room, a state-of-the-art gym, an all-ladies gym and a co-working area, alongside other lifestyle features.

M Vertica will also have green features like the Stream Pneumatic Waste Management System, a rain water harvesting system, electric vehicle charging stations and Low-E Glass for west-facing units.

It is accessible via Jalan Cheras, Jalan Loke Yew, Jalan Pudu, Sungai Besi Highway, Jalan Tun Razak, KL-Seremban Highway, Maju Expressway (MEX), Besraya Highway and the Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2).

In addition, there is a covered walkway 500m away, which links the development to the Maluri MRT and LRT Interchange, placing it two MRT stations away from the Tun Razak Exchange and three MRT stations away from Bukit Bintang and the Golden Triangle.

Also within close proximity are AEON Maluri, Sunway Velocity Mall, IKEA Cheras, MyTown, TREC Kuala Lumpur, Suria KLCC, Royal Selangor Golf Club and a host of other lifestyle amenities.

M Centura

Located just 5km from the KL city centre, M Centura in Sentul puts one where all the excitement is. A freehold residential development, it boasts 0.4ha of resort-styled facilities.

There are dual floating gyms where residents get to enjoy stunning views of the facilities deck while working out, as well as an Olympic-length swimming pool, a wading pool and a laundry bar.

A multi-purpose hall that comes with four indoor badminton courts and a co-working space are among the other facilities provided – great for young executives seeking an optimal balance between work and play.

Units have built-ups starting at 646sq ft, which is ideal for singles. Young families would likely gravitate towards the 850sq ft and 1,001sq ft units. All units are designed with a north-south orientation with prices starting from RM350,000.

Peace of mind is assured with a three-tier security system, while sustainable living is cultivated through features such as the centralised garbage disposal system, electric vehicle (EV) charging stations and a rainwater harvesting system.

Many existing trees on the site will be preserved or transplanted to create a green living environment. In all, there will be around 450 trees ready in time for residents moving onto the property.

The project will have direct shuttle services to nearby LRT and MRT stations. It is also easily accessible to various parts of the city and suburbs via the Duke highway, which is only 1.5km away, the MRR2 and the Karak Highway.
