NeNe Chicken opens three new outlets

KUALA LUMPUR: South Korea largest fried chicken chain, NeNe Chicken has further expanded by opening three new outlets, bringing its total outlets to seven currently.

They are located at Sunway Putra Mall, Kuala Lumpur, Star Mega Mall, Sibu and Kiara 163, Kuala Lumpur.

The Sibu outlet is also NeNe Chicken’s second outlet available in East Malaysia, following its Kuching outlet last year. Nene Chicken made its debut in Malaysia last year.

It also recently officially celebrated the official launch of its first drive-thru concept outlet at Star Mega Mall, Sibu.

In a statement, NeNe Chicken said the new outlet was specially built outside of Star Mega Mall to accommodate with its drive-thru feature, providing a hassle-free experience and an option for those who prefer to have their meals grab-and-go.

NeNe Chicken has also developed partnerships with other merchants such as Grab in an effort to provide better conveniences for everyone.

In expanding its restaurants, Nene Chicken has also introduced two new limited-time offer sauces – Mala and Hot Topokki was introduced to delight the local’s spicy taste buds. The new items are only available for a limited time, while stocks last.

Managing director Raymond Wong said 2019 would be a remarkable year for NeNe Chicken as it was looking into expanding our stores and introducing more new offerings to all fans.

“With the aim of enhancing further our brand’s philosophy; creating the ultimate from Seoul to soul and bringing Korea to your fingertips experience for all of our fans across Malaysia.

“Our drive-thru in Sibu consider the highlight for this year’s expansion as it marks another milestone for us to be the first ever NeNe Chicken drive-thru in the world,” Wong said.
