IJM Land to launch Starling Parcel 3 in Bandar Rimbayu

IJM Land Bhd is set to launch Starling Parcel 3, a residential development in Bandar Rimbayu after it fully sold Parcel 1 in one day and locking in up to 100 per cent bookings for Parcel 2.

The Starling residences has a total of 680 homes with a gross development value of RM500 million.

In Parcel 3, there are 224 units featuring two new types of homes with bigger built-ups, which are Type C and Type D double-storey link homes.

For Type C, there will be a total of 103 units with a land size of 20′ × 60′ and a built-up of 1,694 sq ft, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Type D will have the same 20′ × 60′ land size but a larger built up of 1,769 sq ft offering four bedrooms and three baths. Type D will have 121 units.

Bandar Rimbayu senior general manager Chai Kian Soon said the company was surprised with the overwhelmingly positive response from homebuyers, amid the current market situation.

“We certainly have done everything we can to help the homebuyers embrace upcoming challenges, including prioritising product innovation, devising strategic campaigns, and ultimately understanding what homebuyers truly need right now,” Chai said.

Priced from RM698,800 onwards, Starling Parcel 3 home units are built to accommodate first-time homebuyers or young families.

Chai said the availability of different sizes makes Starling a great choice for growing families.

“At such an attractive price point, Bandar Rimbayu is confident that homebuyers will be able to have their very own spacious landed home at a price of a city condominium,” he said.

Homebuyers will enjoy a multitude of facilities and amenities within a guarded neighborhood with two entrances to ensure the safety and convenience of residents.

The open space houses a multipurpose court, cloud pavilion, amphitheatre, central lawn, feature shelter, plaza, playground, and par course.

Chai said the Starling residence is inspired by the shape of a starling’s blue eggs, while the interior designs have incorporated multiple forms, colours, and composition of shapes.
