Mah Sing offers up to four years payment-free homes

Payment-free homes for up to four years?

Buy any property developed by Mah Sing Group Bhd and enjoy owning it payment-free for up to four years.

The developer has launched the ‘Come Home 2 Mah Sing’ Campaign and under this plan, buyers can purchase a completed residential and commercial property, or one that is still under construction.

It founder and group managing director, Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said the campaign is designed to help potential home buyers to own a property.

He said the campaign looks into specific pain points in customers’ property ownership journey namely financial (financing issues, cash-flow, return on investment), uncertainty (job and pay security, economic recession, property market price, and supply), and product (quality and features, pricing and affordability package, reputation and track record).

“The country’s economy continues to recover thanks to the ongoing efforts by the government to mitigate the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, like the National Covid-19 immunisation programme. Such effort has instilled confidence among the public, leading towards revitalising and benefiting the local economy, including for the property market in terms of sentiments which can be seen through the positive responses from our recent project launches,” he said.

Leong cited the company’s M Panora project in Rawang where there were about 500 walk-in registrants during its weekend public preview event.

“Driven by the occurrences and indicators mentioned, we believe that it is an appropriate time to own a home now before it is too late,” he said.

Leong hoped that the government extends the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) until the end of this year.

Mah Sing chief executive officer, Datuk Ho Hon Sang said along with the current low-interest-rate environment, the company foresees that homebuyers will rush in to bag on the benefits offered by the HOC, which ends May 31, 2021.

“Our current campaign coincidentally ends on the same date. This would definitely be great assistance to homebuyers themselves to maximise savings while purchasing their homes,” Ho said.

The Come Home 2 Mah Sing Campaign kicked off on March 30, 2021.

The campaign seeks to attract and capture the audience from various demographics, namely career-oriented young bucks, senior investors who are looking to settle down, young families, those who just married and are looking for a first home, or to upgrade to a better home.
