Home ownership made easy with Gamuda Land

KNOWING that house buyers may have difficulty with financing to purchase their homes, town-maker Gamuda Land wants to facilitate home ownership with its Gamuda Land Home Ownership Made Easy (GL HOME) campaign.

Offering solutions to assist buyers in purchasing their dream property, GL HOME comprises three different financing options to cater to different buyers’ needs: HOMEezy for down payment assistance; HOMEassist for differential sum solution; and, HOMEconvert to own the property now and finance later.

“The ever-changing landscape of the property development industry has driven Gamuda Land to be more creative in fulfilling our vision of creating places that people will call home, want to be a part of, grow up and grow old in,” said Gamuda Land Chief Executive Officer Ngan Chee Meng.

“While we have built a strong brand over the past 24 years, we are constantly evolving with the times, continuously rolling out waves of transformation initiatives to remain competitive in this challenging market.

The GL HOME scheme is available for selected Gamuda Land properties in the Klang Valley and Sabah.

The participating developments are Gamuda Cove, Gamuda Gardens, twentyfive.7, Kundang Estates, HighPark Suites, The Robertson and Jade Hills in the Klang Valley, and Bukit Bantayan Residences in Kota Kinabalu.

Be it a first-time homebuyer, upgrader, investor or renter, prospective property purchasers are often caught up in the difficulties of addressing their differential sum, which commonly arises from scenarios such as failing to get 90% loan, insufficient funds for down payment, or caught with third residential loan which only allows up to 70% loan margin, among others.

To help Malaysians own a new property, the GL HOME scheme helps potential buyers navigate through various financing options to bridge the differential sum between the purchase price and purchaser’s end-financing loan amount.

Some might also wonder how GL HOME is different from other home ownership schemes.

Besides providing the flexibility to buyers when selecting different schemes according to their needs, this campaign also offers buyers a free financial health check with the help of Gamuda Land’s Relationship Personnel.

These personnel can provide a financial pre-screening report on-the-spot and can instantly advise buyers on loan eligibility.

For buyers who are unable to secure a loan, check out HOMEconvert where Gamuda Land offers a solution to renters.

That said, now is a good opportunity to own a Gamuda Land home because property buyers could get a discount and stamp duty exemption on the Memorandum of Transfer (MOT) and loan agreement on top of current special packages being offered by Gamuda Land, with additional incentives offered by the Housing Ministry’s Home Ownership Campaign which is valid until June 2019.

Buying a house can be exciting but the process can also be daunting and stressful. With proper advice backed by sufficient research on the various financing options, home ownership can be made easy.
