Gamuda Land handover keys for homes in two new townships

Gamuda Land has started to handover keys for the first phase of its township developments – Village Homes precinct in Gamuda Gardens, Sungai Buloh, and Lucent Residence in twentyfive.7, Kota Kemuning.

“The feedback that we are receiving from our customers tells us that they highly anticipate the handover and can’t wait to move into their new home especially after experiencing the movement control order (MCO). This assures us once again that with mindful town-making, a good township like Gamuda Gardens and twentyfive.7 take into consideration people’s lifestyles beyond their home place.

“When we handover today, our parks are ready, placemaking and infrastructure are in place, essentials such as F&B and grocery are nearby,” said Gamuda Land chief executive officer, Ngan Chee Meng.

Lucent Residence in twentyfive.7 was launched in 2017 featuring 181 units of super link homes and 98 semi-detached homes.

According to Ngan, 80 per cent of Lucent Residence is sold to date and the keys are being handed over in phases.

At Gamuda Gardens, the developer is handing over the delivery of vacant possession for 562 units of two-storey terrace homes in Village Homes precinct.

These homes were launched in 2017 and more than 83 per cent have been sold to date, Ngan said.

The homes have direct access to the waterfront village, clubhouse, and a 50-acre pet-friendly central park.

Ngan said one change that the pandemic has brought upon is the appreciation for nature as well as a more generous living space.

Both townships feature pet-friendly central park; lush landscaping; placemaking spaces; high-speed broadband; and proper access road.

Also, twentyfive.7 has Quayside Mall, a lifestyle waterfront community mall that is opening in December 2020 while Gamuda Gardens features a waterfront village.

Besides having direct access to the central park, homes in Gamuda Gardens and twentyfive.7 feature practical layout, making it easier for residents to convert the home space according to their respective lifestyles.

Windows and skylight are strategically placed to maximise natural daylight and views of the outdoor greenery. Linear parks in both townships allow more access to green and open space within the precinct.

Gamuda Gardens is a 15-year development planned with seven precincts and a total gross development value (GDV) of RM10 billion.

In the pipeline is Illaria hillside homes comprising townhouses as well as starter homes within a gated and guarded precinct.

The developer has also earmarked zones for medical and educational centers, lifestyle retailtainment, offices, and commercial.

twentyfive.7 is a self-sustained township with a GDV of RM4.2 billion, planned for completion by 2030.

Available properties include Luxura designer link villas, as well as The Amber Residence serviced apartment and shop offices.
