Serba Dinamik bags RM548.2mil for O&M, ICT and EPCC contracts

KUALA LUMPUR: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd’s (Serba Dinamik) subsidiaries have collectively bagged US$135.8 million (RM548.2 million) various contracts in Malaysia, Indonesia and India.

In exchange filing today, the international energy services provider said the secured contracts include operations and maintenance (O&M), information, communication and technology (ICT), and engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC).

“The contracts secured are expected to contribute positively to the Serba Dinamik Group’s earnings for the financial year ending December 31, 2021.”

Serba Dinamik said its Indonesian subsidiary, PT Serba Dinamik Indonesia (PT SDI), has secured eight O&M contracts beginning September 2020.

Its other subsidiaries, SDIT International Ltd and Serba Dinamik Sdn Bhd (each) have secured one ICT contract in India and O&M and EPCC contracts in Malaysia, respectively.
