LBS Bina offers more deals under its latest marketing campaign

LBS Bina Group Bhd is offering seven amazing deals under its latest marketing campaign, Raikan Rezeki Bersama LBS, which includes a low booking fee and full payment refund if the purchaser’s loan is declined.

The other offerings include Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) goodies, home furnishing package, loyalty rewards, flexi payment scheme, and free legal fees.

LBS Bina group executive chairman, Tan Sri Lim Hock San said it continues to support the government’s housing agenda and promoting homeownership.

“The launching of our Raikan Rezeki Bersama LBS marketing campaign is one of our initiatives, in which homebuyers not only get to enjoy huge savings when purchasing a house but also stand a chance to win cash prizes, making the Raya this year a memorable one,” he said.

Lim said under this campaign, homebuyers stand a chance to bring home more than RM445,000 worth of Duit Raya.

In addition, homebuyers get a chance to be in the running to win lucky draw prizes worth more than RM1 million, coupled with other exciting deals.

In conjunction with Hari Raya, entries for the Raikan Rezeki Bersama LBS campaign will be accepted for homebuyers who purchase selected LBS participating projects from now until June 30, 2021.

The developer is also extending the LBS Fabulous 20-21 lucky draw, where homebuyers get to walk away with prizes worth more than RM1 million when they purchase any LBS property from the list of participating properties.

The prizes include a Proton X50, laptops, and tablets.
