Tropicana rolls out a new campaign to attract buyers

Tropicana Corporation Berhad has rolled out the Tropicana 100 campaign, providing more deals and easy property ownership solutions to entice purchasers.

It is offering 100 per cent returns on booking fees, 100 per cent interest-free flexibility, 100 per cent legal fees borne, 100 per cent furnishing, 100 per cent financing, and 100 per cent additional referral rewards.

Customers are given the choice to choose their preferred property across various townships and developments, both on-going and completed properties in Klang Valley, Genting Highlands, Johor, and Kota Kinabalu.

Among the projects are Residences (South) at Tropicana Metropark in Subang, Edelweiss SOFO & Serviced Residences, the fifth and final tower of Tropicana Gardens development, and Tropicana Grandhill in Genting Highlands.

Tropicana group managing director Dion Tan said following the success of the Tropicana 10-TEN campaign in 2020, which recorded RM899 million in bookings, the company wants to provide more deals to purchasers.

“The campaign will ease their financial burden and provide more cash flow during this challenging period,” Tan said in a statement.

Aside from the opportunity to nab the ideal abode with 100 per cent financing through Houzkey by Maybank Islamic, the campaign allows property buyers to enjoy enhanced returns and take advantage of the government’s Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) for greater savings.

“As a community developer, we build more than just a house. We build a safe and secured haven for you to call home. This new campaign sends a clear signal of Tropicana’s enduring commitment, recognising the needs of our purchasers and providing an easy avenue for them to own our exclusive properties,” Tan said.

The campaign will run for 100 days, starting tomorrow until April 30, 2021.

The first 100 lucky purchasers will be rewarded with RM2,000 worth of furnishing vouchers for every RM100,000 property value.
