DNeX’s subsidiary bags RM59.36m contract

KUALA LUMPUR: Dagang NeXchange Bhd’s subsidiary, Innovation Associates Consulting Sdn Bhd, has received a letter of award from the Accountant General’s Department for hardware servicing, network equipment and iGFMAS software worth RM59.36 million.

In a statement today, DNeX said the contract is expected to contribute positively towards its future earnings and net assets per share over its tenure.

The contract tenure is one year from Aug 10, 2018.

“The contract award will not have any effect on the issued and paid up share capital, substantial shareholders’ shareholding and gearing of the company,” it said.
