Celebrate the year-end holidays with more mobile data

Two telcos are starting to get into the spirit of year-end holidays with offers of more data to enjoy as the year draws to a close.

Unifi Mobile is offering an add-on for its prepaid mobile customers that allows them to enjoy one month of unlimited high speed data.

Called the unlimited LTE data pass add-on, it’s priced at RM55 and is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

The promotion runs from now till Jan 2 and can be purchased via the Unifi mobile app.

However, the special promo is, as expected, only applicable to Unifi mobile customers who don’t already have an unlimited data add-on.

On the other hand, TuneTalk is offering three times the standard data at no extra charge for customers on VIP (2GB), 4GB and 8GB plans.

“Enjoy a hohoho-wholesome data from us. Bonus data is included for subscriptions and renewals during promo period,” it says.

This promotion is valid for new and existing Tune Talk subscribers, or those that add on one of the three plans during the promo period. During the promo, the VIP plan will get 6GB, the 4GB plan will get 12GB and the 8GB plan will get 24GB of data.

The bonus data is valid for a month from the date it becomes active, and subscribers must purchase/renew it before the end of the promotional period which is Dec 31.

Customers will be notified via SMS when they qualify for the free bonus data.
