Malaysia to draft law to protect rights of landlords, tenants

KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 28): Malaysia to study and start drafting Residential Rental Act this year, according to the National Housing Policy 2018-2025 report launched by Housing and Local Government Ministry on Monday.

* Govt expects to formalize the act by 2020
