Samsung to bring their budget Galaxy M10 to Malaysia

After bringing over the Galaxy M20 over to Malaysia (which we reviewed here) last month, Samsung is poised to bring over yet another device from the series – the Galaxy M10.

The M10 features a 6.2in HD+ (720 x 1,520) display that uses the same Infinity-V design, with a v-shaped notch and thin bezels, as the M20. The v-shaped notch houses a 5-megapixel selfie camera.

Like the M20, the M10 also has a dual camera setup for its rear shooter that is equipped with a 13-megapixel main sensor and a 5-megapixel ultrawide sensor. The ultrawide lens is a nice addition considering that this is an entry-level device.

The device is powered by an octa-core Exynos 7870, and according to the specs listed on the Samsung Malaysia website comes with only 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage, which is a bit disappointing since the international version had an option for 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage.

According to a post on the Samsung Malaysia Facebook page, the Galaxy M10 will be launched as an online exclusive on April 22 with two colour options available, Charcoal Black and Ocean Blue. Device pricing has not yet been announced by Samsung.
