Avira’s strategic location draws buyers

AVIRA Medini Iskandar in Medini Iskandar, Johor, is attracting local and foreign investors as well as house buyers.

Avira, an 83.8ha development by Eastern & Oriental Bhd (E&O), is a master-planned community made up of landed residences, serviced apartments, condominiums and commercial units.

E&O recently introduced the second phase, Avira Garden Terraces, which recorded a 70 per cent take-up even before its official launch.
