Mah Sing’s M Arisa project open for registration
KUALA LUMPUR: MAH SING GROUP BHD’s second affordable residential project in Sentul, M Arisa, which will have an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM656mil, is now open for registration.
The company said in a statement that the show units would be on preview from this Saturday. The most affordable units would have an indicative built-up from 550 sq ft and indicative starting price from RM299,000.
“M Arisa is a freehold residence located in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur, next to Mah Sing’s previous successful project in Sentul, M Centura that saw over 90% take-up rate to date, ” it said.
It said the project, which sits on 3.31 acres, was expected to be launched in the fourth quarter of this year. It targets to complete the project in four years.
