Residential Development Sold Out In A Day

Starling Phase 1 is first of the four-phase 56.68 acre residential development consisting of 680 home units including an array of green areas, infrastructures and communal space with a GDV of RM500 million.

During the launch of Phase 1, more than 500 homebuyers signed up for the project which consists of 125 available Type A units offering 20’ x 60’ landed flexi homes and boasting a large 1,621 sqft built-up fit for any family to enjoy.

Priced from RM 656,800, Starling Phase 1 homes come with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that are perfect for young families who desire for a quality and modern lifestyle.

From over 500 registrants, 190 lucky ones were selected for the balloting that was live-streamed to provide an unbiased and transparent process for registrants.

Following the announcement of Home Ownership Programme (HOC) 2020, a government initiative to support homebuyers and encourage the purchasing of properties, Starling had since been one of the properties listed under this scheme.

Therefore, homebuyers may enjoy a minimum 10% discount on the purchasing price on top exemption of stamp duty for Memorandum of Transfer (MOT) and loan. Additionally, purchasers are entitled for free legal fees for both Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and loan.
