Remaining units at M Centura selling from RM530,000, says Mah Sing

Mah Sing Group Bhd is selling the remaining units within its freehold M Centura development in Sentul from RM530,000.

The development features three-bedroom furnished units (850 sq ft) targeted at homebuyers still looking for their ideal home.

M Centura is expected to complete in the fourth quarter of next year.

The developer today unveiled the new show unit for M Centura.

Mah Sing chief executive officer, Datuk Ho Hon Sang said, “We are thrilled with the unveiling of the new M Centura show unit, as it is part of our on-going commitment to continue to provide added values to the homebuyers.”

Ho said buyers can leverage on the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) 2020, which includes stamp duty exemption on the instruments of transfer for residential properties limited to the first RM1 million of the home price, and full stamp duty exemption for the loan agreement.

“The M Centura show unit is aimed at providing homebuyers the opportunity to visualise the complete development of the project with the scale model also available for viewing,” he said.

The units for sale include kitchen cabinet, hood and hob, refrigerator, washer cum dryer, water heater, and mirror for all bathrooms, wardrobes for all bedrooms, living room television cabinet, and three units of air-conditioners.

M Centura will include an Olympic-length swimming pool, wading pool, dual floating gym, co-working space, barbeque area, playground, and four-indoor badminton court, among others.

The development is designed to incorporate eco-friendly concepts such as vertical planting and tree preservation, rainwater harvesting, electric vehicle charging stations and centralised garbage disposal systems.
