Malaysia’s Inix appoints HK billionaire as director

KUALA LUMPUR: Inix Technology Bhd has appointed Hong Kong billionaire Chak Ho Sum as its independent cum non-executive director.

Inix said Chak is currently director in nine organisations including Fighting Creative and Culture Production, Blue Moon Music and Culture Ltd, Time Film Production Company, Time Sports Club and Hong Kong New Territories Hydroponics Company.

Others are Cambodia Genting Crown Casino Fan Tian Gambling Hall, Hong Kong Elderly Cultural Association, Performing Arts Culture Sports Club, China Business Council and China International Trade Council.

He also helped organise some events such as Germany’s Hamburg Football versus Guangzhou Hengda football match in 2014, 2016 What Music, 2017 Fighting Creative and Culture Production Charity Concert and 2017 Opening of Malaysia Star Entertainment.

Inix is primarily engaged in hardware and software development and supply.

It mainly focuses on e-commerce portals, new software integration solutions and mobile application functions.
