Sime Darby Property offer incentives for homebuyers

Sime Darby Property has kicked off the Chinese New Year celebration by offering homebuyers an investment opportunity to own a home, amid the on-going pandemic.

The developer, through its Our Prosperous (Home, Harmony, Happiness) campaign is offering an RM8,888 prosperity package on top of other deals.

The campaign ends on February 28.

Besides enjoying savings from the government’s Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) which is currently ongoing until May 31, the campaign will offer purchasers selected properties of up to 18 months of the group’s Your Instalment on Us deals.

Projects featured under this campaign include freehold properties located in the Greater Klang Valley such as KL East, City of Elmina, Bandar Bukit Raja, Subang Jaya, and Serenia City.

Sime Darby Property group managing director Datuk Azmir Merican said the group has redesigned its sales experience to make home-buying hassle-free during the current period.

The group’s sales galleries remain temporarily closed due to the on-going Covid-19 pandemic.

“Since last year, our digital platforms have enabled potential buyers to browse, tour, and buy Sime Darby Property homes from the safety and comforts of their homes. Building upon the encouraging response we have received thus far, we will continue to enhance our end-to-end online sales experience for our customers, he said in a statement.

Azmir said the group’s online campaigns provide potential homebuyers with all necessary product information available through its specially curated online sales kits, contactless virtual tours as well as online booking and payment.
