Platinum Victory achieves positive take-up for its affordable housing scheme

Platinum Victory Holdings Sdn Bhd says its latest Vista Essential Homes project, Vista Danau Kota achieved a 60 per cent subscription rate through the residensi wilayah portal within three weeks of its official launch on July 4.

Vista Danau Kota is a one-block apartment project comprising 910 units priced at RM300,000 or from RM370 per square ft.

Despite the affordable price, it offers facilities such as swimming pools for adults and kids, a multipurpose hall, laundry room, surau, community space, nursery, shoplots and 24-hour security.

The project is set within 1.51 hectares under an affordable housing scheme in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur, and has direct access to the Middle Ring Road 2, Lebuhraya Duta-Ulu Kelang and Jalan Genting Klang.

Executive director Gan Yee Hin said this affordably-priced development meant many Malaysians were eligible to apply and potentially own a house in this development.

He said in the pipeline there are other upcoming projects that cater to home buyers under the Vista Essential Homes segment.

“With the national agenda’s focus on affordable homes, understandably, this particular category of home buyers would be one of Platinum Victory’s key target markets as well,” he said in a statement.
